We must not allow the fear of being misunderstood to keep us from fulfilling the will of God in our life. Operating in the fullness of the Spirit will lead to persecution. If you are interested in being well liked by everyone and never rocking the boat, then I would suggest that you avoid preaching the truth of Jesus and definitely steer clear of operating in the supernatural. We must place the approval of God above the approval of man in all circumstances. The moment we begin to care more about how man views us, compared to how God views us, we fall into great danger. You will be surprised by the people who oppose you for promoting a supernatural lifestyle. At times, the people who you would expect to stand in agreement with you will be the ones who come against you. It has been my understanding that the religious spirit is the primary source of these attacks. This spirit fears what it cannot control and is opposed to things that cannot be fully understood with rational thinking.
