We need to be people who not only proclaim the gospel of Christ but also people who demonstrate its power. There seems to be an argument against any doctrinal truth that we may try to explain. It is much more difficult to deny a supernatural event. As Christians, we need to differentiate ourselves from the hundreds of other world religions.

The popular notion of today is relative truth. Relative truth basically means that truth is not confined to a certain belief system, but is different for each person based on what they believe. This is the logic used behind the movement that declares “all religions lead to God.”

It is God’s demonstration of power through us that precedes or proceeds the preaching of the gospel that greatly differentiates Christianity from all other religions. Our message is backed up and proven by our lifestyle of supernatural obedience and power.
